Timico's Meet Me Now conferencing and collaboration service allows multiple participants to join an online meeting and share or work on documents together, without needing to be in the same building.Meet Me Now is effectively a personal virtual meeting room, where all subscribers have their own personal conference account, with a unique secure access code for publishing to their colleagues and contacts when inviting them to join them online. All any attendees need is a phone, a PC and an internet connection.

Timico also supports the Avaya IP Office telephone system that can be configured as a PBX (using basic handsets), a keyphone system (using proprietary digital handsets) or a purely Voice over IP (VoIP) solution depending on requirements and budgets. The system runs completely independently of a user's IT network and works by making a simple connection between the telephone system and IT network so that relevant system information can be presented on any PC (or laptop) and similarly, calls can be instigated from the desktop interface.
