On top of this it includes built-in person-to-person video conferencing at no extra charge, full integration with standard Microsoft® Outlook®, and an on-screen 'Buddy List' to view colleagues' availability before you call, as well as lower cost calls to other, non-VoIP numbers.

Please note: Ofcom requires Timico to inform its customers that this service allows calls to the emergency services numbers 999 and 112. However, customers should understand that calls will fail if there is a power cut or their broadband connection fails.
