With Timico's VoIP service you and your colleagues can contact each other free of charge using an internal extension number, from any broadband connection anywhere in the world, giving you true flexibility with your work location.

On top of this it includes built-in person-to-person video conferencing at no extra charge, full integration with standard Microsoft® Outlook®, an on-screen 'Buddy List' to view colleagues' availability before you call and low cost calls to other, non-VoIP numbers.

Our VoIP solution is specifically designed for businesses and can be easily integrated with your existing PBX and extension numbers or it can be used as a standalone system, offering all of the available features on a traditional phone system and more.

To give you peace of mind, we also provide full support for your VoIP service through our UK technical support team who can deal with any issues you may have.

Ofcom requires Timico to inform its customers that this service allows calls to the emergency services numbers 999 and 112. However, customers should understand that calls will fail if there is a power cut or their broadband connection fails.
