Timico Takes Up Position at the Heart of IP Trade Associations

CTO, Trefor Davies, elected to ISPA Council

Newark, UK - September 3rd, 2008 - Timico Ltd., an independent provider of unified communication services to the business market, today announced that its Chief Technology Officer, Trefor Davies, has been elected to the council of ISPA (Internet Service Providers' Association) the UK's trade association for providers of Internet services. As Trefor is also on the council of the ITSPA (Internet Telephony Service Providers' Association) this further strengthens Timico's position as a leader in the provision of IP and next generation converged communications services.

Trefor Davies has worked in the field of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) for the past ten years and is a cofounder of the Timico Group. Trefor has sat on the Board of Directors of the SIP Forum, the trade association of the VoIP industry and also serves on the Industrial Panel of the University of Wales' School of Informatics.
