Technical Customer Service Advisor
Reporting to: Technical Customer Services Team Leader
Salary: Up to £20k dependent upon experience
Job summary: We are looking for self-motivated individuals to join our Technical Customer Services Team and provide support services across our whole product range including IP Telephony (VoIP), Internet Services, Fixed Lines and Mobile Data.

Working as part of our supportive and knowledgeable team you will be providing first line technical assistance over the phone. You will work closely with our partners and customers to resolve technical queries, managing the enquiry through to resolution as a part of our mission to provide superior service to our customers.

The successful candidate must have experience of working in a technical support role ideally customer facing, have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties and responsibilities:
  • Managing customer issues through to resolution
  • Problem solving across the Timico product portfolio
  • Using the tools provided in order to ascertain faults with customer equipment
  • Liaising with our suppliers to aide issue resolution

  • Strong computing skills an asset
  • Good problem solving skills
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Methodical in resolving issues
  • Able to work as part of a team
Minimum qualifications and relevant experience:
  • Any specific technical / professional expertise / qualifications / education levels
  • Previous experience working on a technical support desk
  • Technical qualifications relating to broadband, blackberry, routers is ideal
  • Experience working for an ISP is a bonus
