The new 03 number ranges (e.g. 0370) will mean callers cannot be charged more than the cost of a National call by you, the service provider, and you don't receive any revenue share. The new 03 number ranges have been established to provide consumers with reassurance about the cost of calls.
03 numbers are included in the bundled minutes of all network providers, whether from a fixed line or mobile, meaning customers are liable for a reduced cost or no cost at all. Plus apart from being more cost effective than a 0800 number, an 03 number conveys the impression of a national presence.
