Graduate Business Managers
£17k - £20k dependent upon grades and experience

In summer 2008 we will be seeking a number of Graduate Business Managers to join our team in a variety of positions across our sales, commercial and customer service functions.

After a short induction to the business, you will be assigned a specific role which might include looking after your own portfolio of Timico business customers or developing our E-Commerce capability.

Credit Management Advisor
up to £16k

Responsible for your own portfolio of customers, your main duties will be debt collection by phone and letter and handling customer queries. Well organised, with a polite but assertive manner, you will have experience in a similar role, preferably including risk assessment.

Commissions Assistant
up to £19k

You will be responsible for the processing and payment of purchase invoices and Business Partner commissions including resolving queries and reconciling accounts. You will maintain cashbooks and postings to the Nominal Ledger together with a range of administrative duties. Strong commercial and organisational skills are essential and experience of Sage Line 50 and 100 would be advantageous.

Management Accountant
up to £30k

You will be responsible for the preparation of our subsidiaries' management accounts and you will need to demonstrate a good understanding of the figures.

You will also provide further analysis, investigation and reports as required by the Finance Manager. Part of your role will also involve assisting with the VAT return, budgeting and cash forecasting.

You will be a qualified accountant with excellent IT skills, and knowledge of Sage Line 50 and 100. You will have very good attention to detail and be able to work to tight deadlines.

Telesales Advisor
up to £17k OTE

You will be responsible for:

  • Generating and closing new business opportunities, from both new and existing customers
  • Generating appointments for our nationwide sales force
  • Taking introductory inbound calls from prospective customers

Telephone Account Manager
up to £19k OTE

You will have a portfolio of small business customers which you will manage by phone, answering any queries and proactively advising them on how to make the most of the features and functionality of their Timico services. A highly professional phone manner is essential. You must also be energetic, results driven and have a keen knowledge of the telecoms, internet and/or IT industry.

Customer Service Team Co-ordinator
up to £13k

As part of a small customer service team, you will provide full administrative support to your colleagues and communicate regularly with our directly acquired customers over the phone and in writing. You will be computer literate, highly organised and a fast learner, ideally with experience in a similar role.

Telephone Sales Team Leader
£25k OTE

You will be responsible for running the Telephone Account Management team and the Telesales team.

You will also run a small portfolio of small to medium business customers which you will manage by telephone, answering any queries and proactively advising them on how to make the most of the features and functionality of their Timico services. Package includes a quarterly bonus.

Previous management experience and IP/Telecommunications experience would be an advantage in your application for this role.

Corporate Account Managers
up to £35k OTE incl. car allowance

Responsible for building relationships with your existing business customers, you will gain a clear understanding of their key business drivers and use this knowledge to identify further converged products and solutions to meet their needs, creating new and ongoing profitable business and maximising the revenue potential of each account.

With at least 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a telecoms, internet and/or IT environment, you must be able to demonstrate a keen knowledge of a wide range of communication services and a passion for excellent customer service.

Account Development Manager
up to £50k OTE incl. car allowance

Your role is to provide first line technical sales expertise to our existing sales force as well as generating your own new business sales opportunities.

Targeting small and medium sized organisations across the UK to generate new business across our portfolio of IP & communications services, you will be highly self-motivated and thrive under the pressure of monthly sales targets. If you have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role, demonstrating a highly successful sales record, sound technical knowledge and a strong consultative approach to winning business in the converged communications or IT marketplace, this could be the ideal opportunity. The role is based from home, ideally in the South or Midlands.
