Inbound call recording enables inbound calls on number translation services (03 /08 /01 /02 numbers) to be recorded on the network. There is no requirement for Customer Premises Equipment, resulting in a OPEX expenditure based on a pence per minute cost.


Inbound call recordings are stored and accessed by a secure online portal, which enables intuitive searches retrieval of recorded calls.

Call recording enhances what is said, both internally by staff and externally by the caller, providing evidence of call details and an audit trail if needed.
