• Bandwidth requirements at head office can be reduced by choosing to co-locate applications and services within Timico's network.

• You need only buy the connectivity you require at each site, whether that is a basic ADSL line, a dedicated Ethernet circuit or a mobile 3G connection. Timico can leverage its independence to source the best connectivity options from a wide range of network partners.
• If you need to increase bandwidth at a particular site you can simply order a faster type of connection from Timico without having to make major configuration changes to the network.
• A new site or site move can often be facilitated in the time that it takes to install a new broadband line.
• The same network can be scaled to cope with almost any application including real-time services such as voice and video.

Project management

Timico provide a Prince 2 certified project management team to ensure the smooth transition to your new WAN solution. Our project managers are assisted by technical pre-sales, network architects and service delivery colleagues to ensure that all aspects of the roll-out are considered. Additional engineering services are also available according to your specific needs.

Data centre

Many PWAN customers choose to complement their new network by hosting business applications or data storage in one of our secure data centres. Using data centre facilities from the same provider as the PWAN ensures optimal performance and greater resilience in the event of an outage at head office.

Network monitoring

Timico provide a range of monitoring services to complement your PWAN solution to ensure complete network visibility for support staff. All the information is provided in user friendly portal so that any issues can be easily identified and the highest level of service availability and performance can be maintained.

Mobile Access Management

Timico's unique MAM service allows almost any 3G enabled device to be fully integrated into your PWAN without need for a VPN connection.
