Core network

Timico's core network encompasses the necessity in today's digital age for businesses to communicate efficiently and cost effectively between disparate locations, and centrally host key applications to protect key data, using IP connectivity.

Timico operates an MPLS core network encompassing four POPs in London's Docklands internet hub and three regional sites located in Fareham, Ipswich and Newark.

A wide range of connectivity options is provided from these POPs including multiple connections into the BT21CN network, NTL/Telewest, Global Crossing, Claranet, Interoute, KPN, NTT and a number of Peering Exchanges including LINX.

This allows Timico to provide flexible connectivity options for both UK and international routes. The quality regional data centres also provide customers a choice in their Disaster Recovery planning.
