Account Manager (Business Services) x 2 - Newark

The Account Manager will be responsible for acquiring new and developing existing Timico customer accounts. This role is primarily desk based at our Newark Head Office however it is expected that part of the working month will be spent visiting customer sites. You will be expected to have demonstrated success in a target orientated environment, have a thorough understanding of the sales process, with previous sales experience.  You will be able to identify, through a business needs analysis, opportunities to introduce the Timico portfolio into new and existing businesses.

Account Manager (Enterprise Client Services) - Home based

The Account Manager role is a key pro-active role that will require you to combine proven relationship building skills with excellent account management together with a strong service focus.

You should provide first-class account management, delivering against our managed service proposition with a focus on exceeding our clients’ expectations.

Account Support Executive - Newark

The Account Support Executive team is responsible for providing administrative and customer facing support to the Enterprise Account Managers and will primarily act as (i) a means of providing consistency of orders and requests and (ii) a buffer for input into the Client Services and Service Delivery teams.

Within the team, your role as Account Support Executive will support both customers and the Enterprise Account Management team in the day to day management of the services provided through Timico and ensure Timico perform against agreed service levels.

Business Development Manager (Mobile Services)

A highly self-motivated individual who thrives under the pressure of exceeding sales targets, you will be highly adept at quickly building professional relationships and closing high margin business.  Targeting medium to large corporate clients across the UK promoting Timico’s portfolio of mobile solutions and connectivity, through a consultative sales approach, you will be responsible for developing a pipeline and managing your sales process to generate new business revenues and long term customer relationships. 

Customer Service Advisor x 3 - Newark

As a dedicated customer service professional, with proven previous experience in a similar role; ideally with a telecommunication or IT industry background, you will be responsible for delivering a first class service to our Business customers. 

You will be an outstanding communicator with the ability to build lasting relationships with our customers. In this fast paced environment it is key that you are confident to make informed decisions; ensuring you can quickly and efficiently identify and resolve queries.

Maintenance Contracts Co-ordinator - Newark

To manage our customer’s maintenance contracts.  To manage relationships with Account Managers, Customer Service teams and Suppliers. To ensure all information is continually updated and available.

Marketing Executive (Maternity cover) - Newark

This role involves building valuable relationships with customers through CRM insight, email and content marketing to promote our services and offers to existing customers.

Network Engineer (3rd line support) - Newark

We are looking for a customer service focused network professional to join our NOC and deliver service excellence in the following areas:

  • Escalated service operation support to 1st and 2nd tier engineers
  • Pre installation customer solution testing

Service Delivery Advisor - Newark

The role of Service Delivery Advisor is to ensure the timely & accurate delivery of critical services to our customer base.

Becoming a specialist in delivering Timico products and services (including Mobile/ Connectivity/ Data/ VOIP & SIP), you become the main interface between the business and the customer verifying solution requirements, delivering updates to customers and ultimately ensuring that customer needs are met.

Software Development Engineer (Milton Keynes) - Milton Keynes

Experienced Java developer required for ISP Portal development in central Milton Keynes.  The Portal will be responsible for the provisioning, management and development of all ISP services including VoIP, Cloud, Unified Comms, Routing/Switching, Email, DNS and Hosted Services.

The successful candidate will have proven experience developing web-based applications providing role-based user and API access.  Experience with IPv4/6, SIP, Cisco and Juniper equipment is essential.  Previous experience developing distributed networking and VoIP applications is preferred. 

Stock Co-ordinator (12 month maternity cover)

To assist in the day to day warehouse activity, controlling the flow of stock in and out of the warehouse. To handle all designated aspects of purchasing. To co-ordinate the repair and installation services in the most time and cost effective manner with the primary objective of providing Timico customers with total satisfaction.

Technical Support Advisor Required x 4 (1st Line) - Newark

We are looking for a self-motivated customer service focused professional to join our 1st Line Technical Support Team.
Working in a busy Network Operation Centre you will deliver service aligned to the following:

  • Customer service excellence
  • Engagement with colleagues, partners and customers to resolve technical issues.
  • ITIL process understanding and experience

The successful candidate will be experienced in the following:

Timico are keen to hear from sales professionals, for either telephone or field-based sales roles.  You would need to have a proven track record in new business sales and have an understanding of converged communications, networking, and hosted solutions.
