Customer Service Advisors are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of our customer experience, from maintaining customer account information to participating in development projects to improve customer satisfaction.  It is essential that you can demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and a passion for customer service.

Customer Service Apprentice - Newark

As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will work as part of our supportive and knowledgeable team working towards being able to provide excellent customer service and learning to be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of our customer experience.

Timico requires a Pre-Sales consultant to support our in house business development and account management teams, in qualifying, designing, technically approving, documenting and presenting solutions to our customers and prospective customers. The ideal candidate will be a confident and authoritative communicator at all levels. A background in all aspects of pre and post sales engineering or service delivery management is essential.  The ability to understand customer requirements and develop these into a workable technical solution and communicate key deliverables is also essential.

Technical Pre-Sales Consultant (Unified Communications)

Timico UC is responsible for looking after existing Timico UC customers and developing new customers aiming to grow annual revenues from c£13.5M to £15M in 2014. Key products in achieving this are Hosted VoIP, IP-PBX, Contact Centre, Video + SIP trunk solutions. These services are complex in nature and to win the customer we must demonstrate technical excellence as well as fantastic service.

We are looking for a self-motivated customer service focused person to join our Small Business Technical Support Team. This team is responsible for providing technical support services across our whole product range including IP Telephony (VoIP), Internet Services, Fixed Lines and Mobile Data.

Timico are keen to hear from sales professionals, for either telephone or field-based sales roles.  You would need to have a proven track record in new business sales and have an understanding of converged communications, networking, and hosted solutions.
