Account Executive (1x Newark, 1x London)

We have a requirement for two Account Executives, one based in London and one in Newark. 

The Account Executive will be responsible for providing administrative and customer facing support to the Strategic Account Director and their portfolio of customers.

The Account Executive will be required to support both customers and the team in the day to day management of the services provided through Timico and ensure Timico perform against stated service levels.

Account Manager - Newark

The Account Manager will be responsible for acquiring new and developing existing Timico customer accounts. This role is primarily desk based at our Newark Head Office however it is expected that part of the working month will be spent visiting customer sites. You will be expected to have demonstrated success in a target orientated environment, have a thorough understanding of the sales process, with previous sales experience.  You will be able to identify, through a business needs analysis, opportunities to introduce the Timico portfolio into new and existing businesses.

Account Support Executive x1 - London

The Account Support Executive team is responsible for providing administrative and customer facing support to the Enterprise Account Managers and will primarily act as (i) a means of providing consistency of orders and requests and (ii) a buffer for input into the Client Services and Service Delivery teams.

Within the team, your role as Account Support Executive will support both customers and the Enterprise Account Management team in the day to day management of the services provided through Timico and ensure Timico perform against agreed service levels.

Account Support Executives x2 - Newark

Job summary

Business Development Manager (Mobile Services)

A highly self-motivated individual who thrives under the pressure of exceeding sales targets, you will be highly adept at quickly building professional relationships and closing high margin business.  Targeting medium to large corporate clients across the UK promoting Timico’s portfolio of mobile solutions and connectivity, through a consultative sales approach, you will be responsible for developing a pipeline and managing your sales process to generate new business revenues and long term customer relationships. 

Client Services Advisor - Newark

As an integral part of a busy Client Services Team you will be required to offer full support to our customer base.  You will be responsible for providing day to day support to Timico’s enterprise customers.  You will work within a small team of 5 and be required to support the team and ensure the team are able to support you through a constant crossover of knowledge. An essential part of your role is to learn and understand the requirements of your customers through building relationships, delivering service excellence and exceeding expectations. 

Customer Service Advisor - Newark

Customer Service Advisors are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of our customer experience, from maintaining customer account information to participating in development projects to improve customer satisfaction.  It is essential that you can demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and a passion for customer service.

Product Manager - Managed Networks and Connectivity - Newark

Timico is a leading quality B2B internet and communications service provider. We are recruiting for a product manager to manage the portfolio of services under within our managed networks and connectivity team. We are looking for someone with a passion for product management and ideally has experience, but not essential, within the Telecoms, ISP or IT sectors with knowledge of connectivity products. You will have relevant experience and be excited about working in a fast-moving and nimble organisation.

Service Deliver Team Leader - Newark

Responsible for leading, managing, training and motivating a team of co-ordinators whose responsibility is to ensure the smooth provisioning/delivery of fixed, internet and VoiP services to the Timico customer base.

Technical Pre-Sales Executive Cloud & Hosting Services - London

This position calls for a highly technical operative who understands Cloud & Hosting products including VMWare. The role involves liaising with prospects and clients in order to establish and document a recommended solution. The role will also involve looking at new products, recommending additions to the product portfolio and technical involvement in shaping the success of the Cloud & Hosting Services centre of excellence.

Technical Support Advisor's Required (1st Line) - Newark

We are looking for a self-motivated customer service focused professional to join our 1st Line Technical Support Team.
Working in a busy Network Operation Centre you will deliver service aligned to the following:

  • Customer service excellence
  • Engagement with colleagues, partners and customers to resolve technical issues.
  • ITIL process understanding and experience

Technical Support Apprentice - Newark

We are looking for a self-motivated customer service focused person to join our Small Business Technical Support Team. This team is responsible for providing technical support services across our whole product range including IP Telephony (VoIP), Internet Services, Fixed Lines and Mobile Data.

Timico are keen to hear from sales professionals, for either telephone or field-based sales roles.  You would need to have a proven track record in new business sales and have an understanding of converged communications, networking, and hosted solutions.
