Network Development Engineer - Milton Keynes

Experienced network architect required to provide 4th line development, escalation and network design within an ISP environment.  The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, configuration and implementation of core ISP MPLS as well as customer networks.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in designing, implementing and supporting large, national multi-customer networks based on Cisco and Juniper hardware.  Advanced knowledge of BGP, OSPF, MPLS and TE is essential. 

Network Engineer (3rd line support) - Newark

We are looking for a customer service focused network professional to join our NOC and deliver service excellence in the following areas:

  • Pre installation customer solution testing

Software Development Engineer - Milton Keynes

Experienced Java developer required for ISP Portal development in central Milton Keynes. 

The Portal will be responsible for the provisioning, management and development of all ISP services including VoIP, Cloud, Unified Comms, Routing/Switching, Email, DNS and Hosted Services.

The successful candidate will have proven experience developing web-based applications providing role-based user and API access. 

Previous experience developing distributed networking and VoIP applications is beneficial.

Technical Pre-Sales Consultant (Unified Communications)

Timico UC is responsible for looking after existing Timico UC customers and developing new customers aiming to grow annual revenues from c£13.5M to £15M in 2014. Key products in achieving this are Hosted VoIP, IP-PBX, Contact Centre, Video + SIP trunk solutions. These services are complex in nature and to win the customer we must demonstrate technical excellence as well as fantastic service.

Technical Support Advisor (1st Line) (shifts)

We are looking for a self-motivated customer service focused professional to join our 1st Line Technical Support Team.
