Network Operation Centre Team Leader (Newark)

We are looking for a customer service focused team leader to drive incident management and deliver first class customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will manage a team of engineers with a wide range of technical skills in areas such as IP Telephony (VoIP), Internet Services, Fixed Lines, IP networking, Firewalls and Mobile Data.

Ideally you will have experience in leading a technical service support desk and experience working closely with colleagues and partners to provide service.

Application Support - Senior Technician

Applying ITIL best practices our Application Support team provide 1st and 2nd line software and applications support, testing and delivery for all Timico internal systems. We also maintain the daily call management process and are wholly responsible for a successful £2m monthly bill run.

Service Delivery Advisor

Service Delivery Advisors are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of our customer experience, from logging the initial order through to provisioning services and maintaining customer account information.  You will be required to provision all Timico services, including fixed line, internet, VoIP, and mobile services, for which you will need accurate data entry and keyboard skills.  It is essential that you can demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and a passion for customer service.

Service Engineer - London

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join the UC Division Service Team.

In this role you will be responsible for the installation and support of IP-PBXs located on customer premises as well as in a number of Data Centres.

The Successful candidate will be experienced in IP telephony and networking, installation of rack-mounted hardware and cable installations. We are looking for interpersonal skills and you must have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
