As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will work as part of our supportive and knowledgeable team working towards being able to provide excellent customer service and learning to be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of our customer experience. 

It is essential that you can demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and a passion for customer service.

This position would suit somebody who is outgoing and likes to interact with different people at different levels and who can engage with people both on a one-to-one basis but also over the telephone.

Field Network Engineer - Home based

As a field network engineer you will be responsible for performing installations on both customer sites and within Timico’s Data Centre estate. You will also be provide support for all our products and services.

The successful candidate will be experienced in IP networking and ideally will also have experience with IP telephony and PBX solutions. We are looking for excellent interpersonal skills and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Head of Project Management - Newark

Timico have a vacancy for a Head of Project Management responsible for both leading a small team of Project Managers and planning, leading and delivering key projects themselves. They will take responsibility for delivery of projects on time and budget as well as ensuring the business books revenues for the professional service provided by the wider team.

Service Implementation Co-ordinator - Newark

The role of Service Delivery Advisor is to ensure the timely & accurate delivery of critical services to our customer base.

Timico has a vacancy for an experienced IT Support Engineer, who will be responsible for supporting the IT needs of our internal user base (approx.. 350 users).  This role is a senior position, but very hands-on as you will be working in a small team.  There will be a requirement for flexibility in helping with some of the smaller day-to-day tasks, as well as being able to pick up complex issues.  The right candidate will have the level of experience to ensure they make a positive impact from day one.  You will need to be flexible, adaptable and a team-player.

UC Development Engineer

Timico UC seeks a UC&C Development Engineer to integrate GENBAND’s Multi-Media portfolio with other GENBAND and 3rd party products to ensure conformance and interoperability (IOT) with customer solutions.  Based out of the London facility, the successful candidate must be a highly adaptable team player who can quickly ramp up on new technologies and accomplish goals in a fast-paced environment. A combination of strong technical and oral/written communication skills is a must.

Timico are keen to hear from sales professionals, for either telephone or field-based sales roles.  You would need to have a proven track record in new business sales and have an understanding of converged communications, networking, and hosted solutions.
