The Account Manager will be responsible for acquiring new and developing existing Timico customer accounts. This role is primarily desk based at our Newark Head Office however it is expected that part of the working month will be spent visiting customer sites. You will be expected to have demonstrated success in a target orientated environment, have a thorough understanding of the sales process, with previous sales experience. You will be able to identify, through a business needs analysis, opportunities to introduce the Timico portfolio into new and existing businesses.

We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced individual to join our 2nd Line Technical Support Team and provide support services across our Voice product range including IP Telephony (VoIP), IP/PBX, SIP and Call routing.
Working as part of our supportive and knowledgeable 2nd line team you will be providing helpdesk to helpdesk based technical assistance over the phone to a number of Timico’s key accounts in addition to providing 2nd line support for all other clients.
Timico are keen to hear from sales professionals, for either telephone or field-based sales roles. You would need to have a proven track record in new business sales and have an understanding of converged communications, networking, and hosted solutions.
