Account Manager - Newark
The Account Manager will be responsible for acquiring new and developing existing Timico customer accounts. This role is primarily desk based at our Newark Head Office however it is expected that part of the working month will be spent visiting customer sites. You will be expected to have demonstrated success in a target orientated environment, have a thorough understanding of the sales process, with previous sales experience. You will be able to identify, through a business needs analysis, opportunities to introduce the Timico portfolio into new and existing businesses.
Account Support Executive x1 - London
The Account Support Executive team is responsible for providing administrative and customer facing support to the Enterprise Account Managers and will primarily act as (i) a means of providing consistency of orders and requests and (ii) a buffer for input into the Client Services and Service Delivery teams.
Within the team, your role as Account Support Executive will support both customers and the Enterprise Account Management team in the day to day management of the services provided through Timico and ensure Timico perform against agreed service levels.
